Important: Grade Helper provides educational nursing support. Subscription and Human Nursing Support purchase terms are shown before payment and should be reviewed before purchase.

Scope

Grade Helper provides educational support that may include tutoring, coaching, research guidance, editing, proofreading, APA formatting, presentation support, and rubric-based feedback.

No Grade Guarantee

Academic outcomes depend on factors outside the service's control. No particular grade or academic outcome is guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, reviewing guidance received, and ensuring that their use of the service complies with institutional rules.

Grade Helper Nursing AI

Grade Helper Nursing AI provides a limited Quick Free tier and paid Standard, Deep Think, and Pro subscriptions for nursing-focused academic AI support. It is an educational tool and is not a clinical decision system, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional clinical judgment. Users must not use it to diagnose, prescribe, or make treatment decisions for an identifiable real patient.

AI Usage Allowances

Each Nursing AI tier has disclosed limits for reasoning modes, monthly credits, prompt/context size, document uploads, conversation history, and presentation generation. Quick Free also has a daily request limit. Different reasoning modes and presentation generation consume different amounts because deeper work requires more processing. The workspace shows current usage and plan limits.

Project Workspaces, Rubrics, and Research Evidence

Project Workspaces help students keep course instructions, rubric-derived requirements, verified bibliographic records, and linked conversations together. Rubric Intelligence is limited to requirements supported by the materials supplied by the student and may miss or misinterpret ambiguous criteria; students remain responsible for checking the official assignment and instructor guidance. Research Evidence can retrieve PubMed-indexed metadata, but PubMed indexing does not by itself establish methodological quality, clinical applicability, or peer-review status.

Uploaded Nursing AI Documents

Students may attach supported academic documents for analysis. Users must have the right to submit those files, must remove unnecessary personal or patient identifiers, and understand that files used in an AI request may be transmitted to the configured AI provider for processing. Temporary attachments and project-linked files use automated retention windows; exact project-file availability is shown in the Workspace and varies by plan. Users should keep their own copies of important academic materials.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Standard, Deep Think, and Pro subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Paid subscribers can use the secure billing portal to manage their payment method or subscription where available. Quick Free does not require a recurring payment. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and proration terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable billing or service terms. Users should review those terms before purchase and contact Grade Helper support if any billing term is unclear.

Human Nursing Support Payments

Human Nursing Support is quoted separately from Nursing Workspace subscriptions. Review the scope, amount due, payment schedule, revision expectations, and any request-specific cancellation or refund terms shown in the applicable quote or payment record before paying. Contact Grade Helper support if a request-specific term is unclear.
