Grade Helper Trust Center

Privacy, payment clarity, secure delivery, and verifiable documents.

The Trust Center explains how Grade Helper handles private request access, payments, files, business documents, academic-integrity boundaries, and healthcare-related privacy precautions.

TRUST

Built around visible controls

Security is strongest when users can understand what is protected, what remains their responsibility, and which systems handle sensitive actions.

✓ Private request links✓ Provider-hosted payments✓ Signed document verification
Core safeguards

How Grade Helper protects the client journey.

01
Private Client Workspace

Each request uses a private access token. Clients should keep that portal link confidential and avoid sharing it publicly.

02
Secure Payment Providers

Card and PayPal credentials are handled by the selected payment provider. Grade Helper does not collect card or PayPal passwords in its own forms.

03
Verified Invoices & Receipts

Generated business documents use unique document IDs, luxury security watermarks, signed server records, verification codes, and QR verification.

04
Private File Delivery

Submitted files and released deliverables are connected to the private request instead of being exposed as ordinary public website assets.

05
Healthcare Privacy Precautions

Clients are reminded to remove patient names, record numbers, dates of birth, and other identifying health information before uploading coursework files.

06
Academic Integrity Boundaries

Grade Helper provides tutoring, research guidance, editing, citation support, presentation assistance, and rubric-focused feedback—not impersonation, exam-taking, or guaranteed grades.

What clients control

Security is shared.

Clients should keep private links confidential, remove unnecessary sensitive information from uploaded files, use strong personal account security on payment providers, and verify document codes when authenticity matters.

Keep the portal link private

The private workspace link functions as access to a specific request. Do not post it publicly or forward it unnecessarily.

Remove sensitive identifiers

Healthcare and professional documents should be de-identified before upload whenever personal information is not necessary for the requested support.

Verify business documents

Use the verification code or QR mark on a Grade Helper invoice or receipt to confirm that the signed server record matches the document.

Grade Helper Nursing AI

Nursing AI with visible boundaries.

The subscriber workspace separates academic AI support from clinical decision-making and keeps AI credentials on the server.

AI
Server-side AI access

AI provider credentials stay in server environment variables rather than browser code.

DOC
Private document input

Nursing AI document uploads are authenticated, kept out of public website assets, and passed to the configured AI provider only as part of the student's requested AI workflow.

PHI
De-identification reminder

Students are told not to enter patient names, MRNs, dates of birth, addresses, or other identifiable health information.

EDU
Academic-only purpose

Nursing AI is designed for education, research support, writing, and de-identified learning scenarios—not real-patient diagnosis or prescribing.

PUB
Verified bibliographic metadata

Research Evidence labels a source as verified only when its bibliographic metadata is returned by PubMed. Students must still critically appraise study quality and relevance.

PRJ
Private project context

Project Workspaces keep course instructions, rubric requirements, saved research records, and linked chats scoped to the authenticated Nursing AI subscriber.

Security architecture

Layered protection, not absolute-security claims.

Grade Helper uses secure HttpOnly sessions, one-time Nursing AI sign-in links, rate limiting, payment signature verification, content-security headers, private file storage, file-signature validation, and Admin security-event monitoring. No website can be guaranteed immune from every attack, so controls are designed in layers and are reviewed as the platform evolves.
